Summary

The Montana FFA is excited to kick off registration for the 91st Annual Montana FFA Career Expo, held in conjunction with our hybrid State FFA Convention, April 7-10. The Career Expo will take place online, opening April 7 on Montana FFA's virtual convention platform. Interactive breakout sessions for students to engage directly with exhibitors will be held throughout the convention with the virtual exhibitor booths remaining open for students to access in the months following State Convention.

A unique feature of this year's hybrid State FFA Convention is that all 5,000 Montana FFA members will be able to participate in the convention offerings whether in-person or through our virtual conference platform!

Greetings from Montana FFA!

This year's Career Expo will be available to all 5,000 FFA members statewide in conjunction with Montana FFA State Convention, April 7-10. Each year, the convention brings together middle school and high school agricultural students from over 99 communities. The four-day hybrid State Convention will feature in-person competitive events and various engagement activities offered through the convention's online platform including several workshops, breakout sessions, and the Montana FFA Career Expo.

For companies, this is a great tool to market your business. At the Expo, your company or organization can establish itself as a solid supporter of FFA. Your representatives will have opportunities throughout the two-day event to meet future consumers, employees, and leaders. Businesses, universities, training programs, clubs, and associations benefit as FFA members are all approaching graduation and wish to further their education and career progression. As an exhibitor, you’ll have direct contact and interacting with talented Montana youth.

To maximize your interaction with FFA members, we invite you to edit your exhibitor booth profile on our official event platform. By setting up the booth profile, you can better showcase your organization to attract more students to your booth. In particular, we highly recommend you to:

  • Upload video or brochures about your products, services, career opportunities, or enrollment offerings
  • Schedule live info sessions (these can be scheduled at any time during the State Convention or during the scheduled exhibitor breakouts)
  • Provide coupons, giveaways, raffles to generate more interaction with students

The digital platform being used for the Montana FFA State Convention is Whova. Once you register for the Career Expo using this form, Montana FFA Foundation staff will follow up with you directly with a link to set up and customize your online booth for your organization. The information you provide in your exhibitor booth will be available for students to access up to three months following the convention.
